The Academy of Toresan has as its goal the defence, development and promotion of the art of using the spit in the kitchen, while defending and enhancing the structures for breeding pigeons in dovecotes. A commitment that seeks the preservation of culinary and enogastronomic traditions in the area of Breganze, to transmit to future generations the discipline of the preparation of the “Toresan on spit alla breganzese” through technical training and culture.
